I am not sure if there is a Stars rep who monitors this thread
When is the expected time to fix the hand re-player bug. Not being to view hands is painful. The worst part is these hands are not being imported into Holdem Manager. I have contacted support but got no time frame. I just receive a copy and paste response.

"In regards to the Hand Replayer bug i am afraid i am unable to give you an time of the fix. Rest assure though that as soon as our programming team has resolved this we will implement this fix as soon as possible."
Im really thinkin that stars is a big scam site? U can win there but u lose everything when u had a good run.. so big bad beats comes.

Lol, this response isn't even true! PokerStars Keith explained that Stars has for issues like this monthly built-cycles. So we all have to live with the inconvenience for another month.
For me this is annoying too, missing so many hands in the tracker - and I have the feeling it's getting worse.

I do not know much about programming but you would think they could figures this out. I wish other sites had the traffic Stars Has. They have the market monopolized.
To all the player who think Stars is rigged, this could be seen as confirmation. Not having hand history imported into the our tracking software could raise some big red flags in players minds.(I do not think it rigged. My losing streak is solely created by my inability to control my emotion)
