No.
This is what the "founder" of Baluga theorem originally said:

Basically, the whole point of the "Baluga theorem", as I see it, is to strongly reevaluate one-pair hands facing a turn raise.

So if you face a turn raise and hold weaker hand than 2 pair, you should think before calling. Now you are holding top 2 pair and I think it definitely is strong enough to continue.

In fact this is a typical Baluga spot and you can call with top 2p.
You should be very cautious though as there are not much draws possible and 22, 33 are there...

I don't really know what you guys mean with a baluga spot but after nitrol's post I believe it means every single turn raise spot.

Ofc there are better hands possible. There always are. And yes the board is dry but we still hold top 2 pair so I guess folding is out of question?
Baluga theorem doesn't give advice when choosing between calling and raising. It just says to re-evaluate your hand strength with one pair hands. I wouldn't go crazy here but would call for sure.

I think the present day Baluga theorem says "You need top two faced with a turn raise".

Pot odds are 3.55:1.20, approximately 3:1. This is the primary concern. Points towards call. Board is dry. Points towards fold. We have position. Points towards call. Outs are 4. Points towards fold. Bets to come. Points towards fold.

All in all a trivial call because the "points to" of above are of vastly different strength. You are a tremendously easy pushover if you fold by default against unknowns here.

You make some good points. Villain appears to be a tight reg, points to fold?

I would call and re-evalute on river.
With your read of "tight reg" are you taking SB defend with A3/A5/42 out of the picture?
When you have 350+ hands with the oponnent you should have an rough idea of how wide the blind defend range is.

I would cold on turn and make decision on river- you are in position. On small river bet with safe card I would also call.

We cannot fold but we should stay on the passive side as with a raise we will face only better hands...
