I am not folding in this spot. SB shows strength , we might be against set (hell he might have TT even). I would raise the donk bet first - don't mind raising on the bigger side because we are against 2 opponents and 60/2 is a opp who will call bigger bets. It makes your life easier if you just raise instead of call opp bet.

If there was only one opponent I would just call his bet and put as much chips as possible on later streets.

P.S with these stats of opp I would raise bigger pre-flop to put more chips in the middle.

Raising bigger pre-flop seems like a good option for more value against fishy players like him.
As played I would make a raise to like 400 and stacking off against 1 player. If both players will go crazy you can still consider folding this.

Never folding this for 30bb effective.
Pre is ok(ish), but indeed on the small side since we are opening on the passive (happy calling) fish. Open 125-150.

Flop is a raise to BB's donkbet imo. We would lover to gii against 1 player.

man folding so much equity should be a crime i would never jam because he might try bluffs and i dont want to make him fold and we have position advantage .
the only combos that beat us are KT ,K2,22,TT ,T2 , We have Kx so we need to put KT and K2 in less likely and TT should 3bet OOP so the only hands are 22 and T2
.T2 are 16 combos and i dont think he is playing offsuited ones so he have 3 combos , T2 and few combos 22 . So thats why i am never folding and same time i want to keep his bluffs so I never 4bet all in in this spot

You forgot AK, KK (though not very likely since they would probably 3bet pre, and we are holding a king so very little combo's left).

Why I think a shove is good here:
- Against AXs (hearts) it will go in anyway
- Against any other holding there are scarecards to come where we give villain a possibility to fold (completing draws).
