In my experience these kind of lowish 4-bet are more often than not AA/KK.
SB is quite loose, not really aggressive, so he might have worse, which is why I decided to call

Flop is a clear jam imo...

Any thought preflop and flop?

Preflop: It is hard to blame you for doing wrong even if already SB's first raise indicates considerable strength.

Flop: Don't raise on the flop. He'll fold the only few hands you beat. I doubt he'll fold a split.

I would jam preflop with AK,KK and AA.

You're post title is wrong SB is 5 betting you... You can call SB's 3 bet and play in position but as played I'd say is not that bad it depends on your reads on MP and SB:
MP range is strong so SB 3bet range should be narrower than usual and more inclined to value hands.

I think I'd call.

Villain is limping/calling wide but his raising stat is tight.
Do not raise postflop.

This is villains first 3bet in over 150 hands. I would say he is very strong and KK+ is probably an accurate range for him. Why do you 4bet him? When you face a 5bet I would say for sure that you are behind.
OTF I see no reason to raise.
