Do I have do start folding these hands?
Villain is quite aggressive. BB is a donk. Therefore the raise could well be a squeeze with a draw or an overpair like 77+

I do not like calling being OOP. Any Overcard, 2, 3, 7, 8 are trouble, so I would hate almost half of possible T cards.
so, raise, if so how much?

888 Poker - $0.05 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 6 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

UTG: $10.66 (VPIP: 12.86, PFR: 10.00, 3Bet Preflop: 9.38, Hands: 71)
MP: $2.00 (VPIP: 15.91, PFR: 15.91, 3Bet Preflop: 12.50, Hands: 44)
CO: $2.62 (VPIP: 20.00, PFR: 12.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 25)
BTN: $5.50 (VPIP: 21.62, PFR: 21.62, 3Bet Preflop: 11.11, Hands: 75)
Hero (SB): $5.42

Hero posts SB $0.02, BB posts BB $0.05

Pre Flop: (pot: $0.07) Hero has Q♦ Q♥

fold, fold, fold, BTN raises to $0.10, Hero raises to $0.35, BB calls $0.30, BTN calls $0.25

Flop: ($1.05, 3 players) 7♥ 5♦ 6♦
Hero bets $0.68, BB calls $0.68, BTN raises to $1.71, Hero ???

I think folding is the best thing you can do. When BB calls your 3bet, BTN will have odds to call with quite wide range -> this board hits him. Some guys can also slowplay KK+ pre.
When he raises OTF multiway in a 3bet pot vs quite bit bet, he is not fooling around, you are probably behind. If you decide to raise, only reasonable size is all-in. Even a min 3bet OTF would leave you so little behind that it makes no sense.

I would be inclined to fold here, Villain's stats seem pretty standard given the small sample size, no reason to believe he is bluffing in a MW pot. Also having to worry about BB who will get to act after you and called your 3Bet preflop and a bet OTF sucks.

When villain raises with bet+call in front - this is strong. We can fold QQ here.
