You kinda screwed yourself over in this hand, the minraise with pocket KK is bad. At NL5, you can usually even get away with bigger raises with value hands, so I would raise like 4x BB here. If you raised 4x BB in the first place, there is a chance that this MW pot doesn't happen like this. Also, because of that, now you will have a hard time putting Villain on a hand, as he is more likely to call a minraise IP with a wider range of hands. I would probably fold here (well, also depending on what SB and BB do), chances are you are against an OESD or nut FD (rarely a TPTK) in a best case scenario, more likely against sets. Villain seems fairly tight, given the board texture, I'd say it is likely Villain has a set. Would he play his AQ or KQ type of hand like this? Maybe, some players at NL5 do that, plus the game is shorthanded, but unless you have more info (for example that Villain is very aggressive, runs bluffs etc.), fold may be the best way to go.

Just point out as'well that i'm playing 2c/4c blinds so its a 2.5x c/o raise. Although the reload stack is 5 or 120bb's for some reason.

Why not get more money into the pot preflop with our value hands? That can never be bad, quite the opposite.
Preflop doesnt really matter.
OTF you bet BIG into 3 players and get raised from next player into 2 others.
Even his stats scream nittiness.

That would be a very big mistake imo especially when it's 4-handed. When you do get called you're either marginally ahead (against stuff like JTss, T8ss, if he decides those draws are strong enough to stack off) or way behind unless you know villain plays this way and stacks off with Qx. And with this little info on villain I don't think there's any reason to believe he will. More often than not you're op against at least 2 pair here.
Agree with everyone else, just bet/fold and be done with it.
