Bluffing is rarely a good idea unless you have a solid read on your opponent. When you do however, you can get away with a nice chunk of chips.

I have moved this hand to our tournament hand discussion board, because it’s fits better there.

This looks like a freeroll and then I would consider to even shove pre-flop if the UTG player is loose enough. Otherwise I would make an easy fold.
The flop is 4 way an easy check back. No way you can bluff 3 players of the hand. The river bet seems like a spew as well, but it worked out this time.
