(Late) report

Sorry for my late report, was quite busy today.....

Week 29

Tourneys: 87
Result: -0.32 €
BR: almost the same as last week : 227 €

Phew, it´s gonna be another quite busy week for me, next grind will be probably on Thursday or in the worst case: next Monday! _cry:

...still high work load.....

Tiny little session

So: Finished another project and could play a tiny little session before tennis. Meeeeh, didn´t make most of my all-ins and lost a little bit but at least I got enough points now to keep silver status. Probably I will play another tiny mini-session tomorrow again before tennis, let´s see..... _thumbsup:

Have a very very hard training behind me, it´s warm and extremely humid here ..eeeeew

Phew!

that were weeks, wow! Tons of writing and proofreading and correcting 300 pages (book). Now I can take it a bit "easier" and work load returns to "normal". That means also, that I can go back to the tables and continue studying, weeee! _thumbsup:

Get better!!

but again, ...urm...a "very interesting result": -0,25 € (but running below EV). No, I don´t play at the 20ct limits or so: 1 and 2 €. Just going through a break-even-streak, didn´t even play many DONs, played mainly 9-max SnGs. _ugly:

So what else can I say? Lots of :f_ugly: at iPoker, WAY more than on Party. Even in the 2 € some don´t know that they have to jam with 10 BB or less, they still limp a high blinds and call at the bubble an all-in with T8s - without beeing big stack or having super great odds. So the SnGs are very soft, the DONs by the way too. While at Party even the 0.5 € DONs were very reggish, at iPoker Villains make such horrible mistakes that I have to be careful with FGS/ICM and just play tight. Tight is right there.

Besides that I memorized the right ranges way better and adjust much better to different Villains. I can quickly switch between FGS (against regs) and just patience and playing like AJ+ or so against :f_ugly:. I´m WAY better post-flop and got much better at HU. So I realize I made progresses. _thumbsup:

Guess the next "interesting" result will be rakeback by Everest Poker :f_ugly:

so the reason why there might be so many players that don't know how to play there is: on netbet (also ipoker) there are lots of way to get free €1 and €2 tickets even few €5 and €10, so there are always few easy games on those stakes on ipoker, just grab all of their money :f_thumbsup:

...and you won´t believe it, but finally: had a winning session. 4 BI up! _thumbsup:

Won a 6-max turbo and a 9-max turbo, got runner up a couple of times and won most of the 6-max-hyper-DONs. My status increases quickly on Everest and soon it´s already rake-back-time! Yaaay. I´m sure after my sessions there will be a 1 K Series-ticket for me _drink:.

That´s why I got my main BR on Everest even though I´m not tracked there, at Bet365 I play in order to keep Silver Status, their rakeback system there really s***!!! _evil:

This weekend it´s time for friends and family, let´s see if I make it to the tables but on Monday I will for sure!

"White gold"

Well, haven´t written here for a couple of days, the reason for this is simply: I couldn´t grind! But now all the urgent projects are finished and everything returns to normal - almost! As mentioned, it´s summer and so: competition season which means: a lot of sports. I´m exercising a lot at the moment (8-10 hours per week) and feel very fit, eating tons of this here. Guys, this article is sooooooooooo true!!! :truestory: On Monday I was on a long bike tour almost in every village we passed by there was a market, where peasants were selling the "white gold" and strawberries! So I bought a lot and the ride home was of course slowly and carefully with my bike basket full of fruit and veggies (which are already almost completely gone!!!).

As for poker: My next grind will be very probably tomorrow and I plan to do another session on Friday. Guess during summer season my grinds will be on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and/or Sunday.

OH guys, at the moment everything comes together: tons of work, the competitions, a lot of paperwork, a couple of things to do in the appartment, my husband cannot help at all at the moment, he´s drowning in work too. Oh man! :f_ugly:

I´m a bit sad and angry that I have so little time for poker stuff _cry: but on the other hand, when all THIS will be over, I can afford it to take it WAY easier for the next couple of months. At the moment there are tons of orders in the field of science and medicine (where I´m specialized and there aren´t many Medical Writers). Further, there are a lot of people who want proofreading...(which I do as well)...and "please asap" _ugly:

So that´s the current status quo at the moment ..... _ugly:

Back at the tables

with not a really great start, lost most of my all-ins and most of 70:30, 60:40 hands as well as most of the flips. Not a big deal but not a winning either. Can only get better, guys, it can only get better. My last nice upswing is long time ago and it would be really nice if my hands could hold but well, it´s statistics. Anyways I´m more or less happy with my play, made good post-flop decisions, good folds and right pushes (checked in ICMizer). And of course I still have leaks, a lot of them.

To improve:

*Calling ranges in 6-max turbos and hypers
*Calling ranges in DONs
*defending my BB tighter (we are still at the 1s and 2s)
*beeing a bit more patient (I can try out the LAG play later)

Got better at:

*mental game
*push/fold ranges first-in
*post-flop play
*multitabling

Today: 2 buy-ins down (first-world-problem :f_ugly:).

Recieved two 5K-Series tickets and a 1 K-Series ticket on Everest .......yaaaaaaaaaaaay! Freeroll satellite tickets!!! Love the 1K and 5K Series, you can win cool tourney-tickets and take a shot at higher buy-ins with them!

SnG and MTT time

Played 6-max and 9-max SnGs today, no DONs. Made a little winning, well, almost won back what I lost yesterday. Oh boy, if this streak continues for a long time, I will post recipes to make my blog interesting :f_ugly::f_ugly:

But at least something very nice happened: Used my 1 K Series ticket (freeroll sat) and won a 5 € tournament ticket! _drink: So I can take my shot at the 5 € limits a bit earlier and for free!! _thumbsup:

Looking forward to it, will use the ticket probably for a 9-max turbo SnG.
