Quick pokerupdate: Spewed some stacks today:f_love:, made some horrible mistakes so quit my session 'early'(still played 5hrs).

Also got myself a 2nd pair of new shoes, bought blue allstars ~ a week ago. Worn them 3 times since then, bought another pair of shoes at the same store today lol.
I was standing there with a blue LEFT Reebok shoe on, pointing to my right shoe, 'can i get the right one aswell'. The employee comes back 3 times with another LEFT shoe:f_eek:. Also my phone battery is dieing REALLY fast nowadays, it's constantly attached to my laptop for a hotspot, so it's A) charging and B) using alot of data. It's now normal it dies at 20% battery-life lol fml. Can't say it's a phone anymore, it's more an internethub.

When I was in Samui and also applies to Phuket, people suggested me Panang island in Malaysia for Visa run. Cheap air tickets, apparently cool island and you have Embassy there. Probably good if you are down south of Thailand.

I almost bought myself MIFI (M because its for mobile and can put sim card in it) portable router in Thailand. Some have great battery and it can create your personal network even from the wifi connection, which is usefull for safety in public hubs and hotels. Can maybe save your mobile phone haha. I think I read some can even automatically switch between wifi and mobile internet depending on connection quaity.

Oh we're using mobile internet now. We have an unlimited package for 30days and it's supersteady so no need to change that.
And thanks for the tip, won't need it now tho, after we went to Vietnam i'm heading back home, but in the future when i'm back here i'd defintely will check it out.

Pokerupdate: had a ticket to 3k package freeroll on Unibet, only problem was: it was starting at midnight for me(timezone difference). But i still wanted to play it because it seemed to be great value. So i went to bed at 8 and got out at 12, 4hrs sleep ftw. And i busted after 10min :f_ugly:. We had to go go immigration to get our visas extended, but apparentely it's a thai holiday(again) so it's closed today. If we do that after Pai, our visas have expired, so we're leaving to Pai a day later. We emailed the place we're staying that we come a day later, they just changed the date to tomorrow and also changed the price so we don't have to pay for today. In Europe they would never do that lol.

Already played 45min before we went out today. WON 70EURO!

Also i placed a Sportsbet yesterday, had a 100eu freebet from winamax. I'm totally clueless in sportsbetting, all i know is, the worse the odds, the better chance the guy wins.

At first i didn't know what to bet on, eventually i just made a bet that is finished this week so i don't have to wait too long. Me and my great brain thought: let's bet on a F1 winner and that his team wins, and that he is in top 3 and he beats other drivers. Ofcourse they wouldn't let me do that at 1:13 odds :(.

So i made another bet: I bet on BOTTAS to win the austria F1 race, Research i did: He started in pole position and was driving for mercedes. GREAT BET.
Connected it to: ROGER FEDERER wins his upcoming tennis match vs random guy. Research i did: Roger federer is legend.
And connected that to: A random female tennis match. Research i did: The one girl had worse odds than the other, so i bet the lowest to have the biggest odds of winning.

Combining those gave me 1:7.06 odds, so i can win 706eu if there's not something fishy about the freebet. Bottas already won yesterday, that was the tricky one.

My French isn't that good, but after our PAI adventure my account had 705,60eu extra in it. I made 10x more than i spent while in Pai.

All in all, Pai was pretty neat. Nice atmosphere all around and nice things to see. Quite some tourists /w 'thai tattoos'(read: bandages for scooter accidents), as the companies don't even ask for a driving license, just money. So it happened a few times we ran into some CHINESEE that was driving on the wrong side of the road. Also alot of Dutch tourists, so many times we were sitting in the restaurant and all the other people were dutch aswell.

Crazy session today, can't post hands because most hands were on untracked sites. But won roughly 9 Buyins total, even while dropping quite a few. Weekends are so much fun:f_drink:. 2 whales on the same table that had no clue at all. 1 hand they were playing eachother, 1 guy stacked off 300bb /w 3rd pair. okeeey. So now the other guy had 600bb+, which he lost in rapid fashion, plus some more. At some point i even wanted to tell him in chat DONT DOOOOOOO IT, when a reg was obviously playing value, he ships in Jhigh or something stupid lol.

Together /w my housemate we won more than a average thai year income this weekend.

You only need a european bank account to play on there as far as i know.

Went out last 2 nights as some old friends are on a holiday in thailand i'd show them Chiang mai for a bit. Thought i'd be hungover as fuck now as i haven't been drinking lately and lost 8kg's with intermitted fasting. (get your leanbulk on). But i feel perfectly fine.
My friends were taking the piss with all the backpackers and old fisherman(read: dirty old men) by wearing the most stupid outfit ever. Alot of backpackers thought they really liked their outfit, like most hippies buy those stupid elephant hippie pants.
imagine 10-15 guys wearing this nice combo: stupid flashy thai shirt, tucked in shorts and pulling the shorts up high. The old fisherman got quite some competition for thai women.

Also a Tip for the other guys living in Thailand: If you don't like the view from the song Theau (the red cabs) because the window is in an awkward height. They also have nice rooftop seats.

Also fun story how i got home: All the TukTuk drivers ALWAYS want to scam you and ask for a way too high price. Stupid tourists don't know the price and just say yes, but after a few months i know what a normal price is. Ofcourse at night it's a bit higher.
First night i came across a TukTukdriver all alone, he wanted 200baht. 2 times the price i had in mind. So i said 100bahtttttttttttttt. He's arguing 'it's late, prices go up', I say: "It's late prices go down, there's no one here, you don't have any customers besides me'. And i payed 100baht for ~5km taxi, which is 2,5eu.

Next night i grab a Tuktuk near the same place. There's like 5 waiting, 1 of them female trying to argue with me over the price. Believe the same guy that drove me the night before was sitting in the back and obviously recognized me. So he was just looking how she would handle me. She even had the balls to ask 250! So i said: Yesterday 100 baht, today 100baht. She got angry, used the same argument about it's late blabla. I reverse it again but amplify it buy saying, there's not one but five tuktuk's here without customers. The Guy in the back just started laughing.

It's fun to see how they always try to scam us. But they always fail.

Thats still bearable. In Prague one taxi driver asked some woman 400e for 14km ♦.

Well the first taxi driver in Bangkok managed to scam me. Me being white-ass and holding a backpack. I knew i should drive on the taximeter, so that was all i said. But he stopped on the fuckin Highway so i couldn't get out anymore and walk back lol. Then he asked me where i wanted to go.

Oh that would've been nice, but i'm only here for 2 more weeks and those weeks are fully booked with grind and other stuff.

Updatewise: One of my friends from Holland decided he'd go to Thailand for ~1week, so was pretty random seeing him here. He rented a car from Bangkok to go to Chiang Mai, Then Pai, Phuket and back to Bangkok. That's Well over 3K(!!) KM. I'd grab a few flights to do that but oh well.
Went to a cooking course today, I'm the next Gordon Ramsey.

I still need to work on my Instagram Food filters game but atleast the taste was good. Better than some local tents. Even got a cookbook with the recipes.

Here's my new mascotte i bought.

Sometimes people want small updates.

In other news: Played some hands at NL200 again, i'm not that comfortable there yet, doing flips for 400eu+ is quite some money. But i stacked a whale there this morning so everything was going great. Afterwards my profits slowly dropped back to Breakeven which kinda sucks. Being up alot and then going back to BE feels like a losing day. While when your down a bunch and then grind back to BE feels like a winning day.
Psychology is a weird thing.
Tomorrow is european saturday night, so it should be fishy again, nice way to end the month hopefully.

Hour-wise i played a bit less than planned this month. Mostly due to friends randomnly coming to Thailand. And secondly because i don't want to force long hour sessions, just for the sake of hours. So all in all i'm content with the hours i've played thusfar. I'm at 105hr and set a goal of 130 but with those circumstances it's ok. I also won money this month.
