Very loose table you got there 38vpip for the table, I would definitely raise even more preflop, these guys like to see flops. I would be aware on the flop since queen definitely fits their range, like QJ,QK,QT, even some lower suited and offsuit queen hands.

Doesnt seem like a guy with 81vpip and 0 pfr would really go for this line of actions without something that beats AK, I think we can call one street and if we improve by hitting a diamond or straight card then I would evaluate further.

Other option is to just push 18bb with AKo, this is a hand where a lot of times you will miss the flop and folding it sometimes is hard, especially with a low stack. Either way your table is very loose and I suppose you could find some bad calls from your opponents even when pushing 18bb

I've not really thought about villain's range here for two reasons. First, its wide open, there are so many hands in there, and second, the SPR on the flop demands we get it in with TPTK, so we should be 100% committed anyway.

Thoughts turn to how to extract value from 'wide open' guy's range, which is where a flop check might be an option. If its checked around I may jam any turn card (aside from making a boat) and if someone stabs at flop I call or jam over. Leading flop may remove the weaker parts and bluffs in 'wide open's' range, we want to keep these in.

Stack sizes may rule out any call one street option here. We can't ever call on flop and fold from our stack size. I agree the 18bb shove pre may be one way to play this. I think I would only resort to that however, if we were at the very end of the level. I often re-evalutate stack size as next level approaches. An 18bb stack offers more options at start of level than at end of level I think.

If there was antes in play you could even consider shoving this hand pre-flop. Now I would play the hand the same pre-flop. As played we have 14bb left in a pot of 15,5bb and I would shove now for value and protection in a multi way pot like this. No need to bet half our stack here.

That one was a really awkward spot due to stack sizes. It was like "something in between", 18 BB could be indeed a shove with AK at such a loose table, which I think would have been the best option here. When I called flop, it totally forgot, that I´m gonna be committed on turn anyway, so at least here I should have jammed!
