Hello,

I flat call this mini open raise because UTG player was open wide a lot.
Despite de wet board I decided to call SB's donkbet because I didn't put the SB in Q8 ou KQ in his spot and with 2 pairs I understood my hand is ahead in this spot. (Q8 he should fold pf, KQ 3bet instead of flat call)
Turn with a blanket card I decided to call. Should I bet?
River is a scary card and I just call based in my hand sho wdown value.

Please help me to improve and understand how I should play or not this hand.

Thanks in advance,

Pre-flop I wouldn’t defend with JTo on the CO. You have only straight potential and you need to hit 2 pair or better to have a decent chance to win this hand, because the change you will play multi way is decent.

As played the flop is wet and we have 2 pair. I would most likely raise for value and protection against 2 players to like 24bb in total. There are too many ugly turn cards for us we want to protect against. The turn it’s the same, but then I would shove for value.

The river is 1 of the nastiest cards of the deck and I would fold. The flush had come and he could easy have a better 2 pair as well.

I would fold this pre too.
OTF I'm not very sure if I want to be raising 2 pair multiway here when SB decides to donk. His donk can something random but it can also be a strong hand, and I think his range hits this board ok.
So I would probably just call flop, call turn, and on this river I would fold.

Flush hits, SB has sets in his range, we can not always exclude KQ or Q8, and 78s makes a straight too.

Hi la55i

So I would probably just call flop

Cmon you wouldn't really call this flop? I don't want to be rude or disrespectful but everyone here is too soft to the ones who post this questions!
I rank this as very weak play. If was on the table I would mark Hero as "calling station".

Yea I think I would. Raising isn't much better on this board multiway. We are screwed.

Board: 9♠T♥J♥
       Equity     Win     Tie
MP2    53.60%  51.05%   2.55% { JdTs }
MP3    46.40%  43.85%   2.55% { JJ-77, KQs, QTs+, J7s+, T7s+, 98s, 87s, AhKh, AhQh, AhJh, KsJs, AhTh, KsTs, Ah9h, Kh9h, Qh9h, Ah8h, Kh8h, Qh8h, 9h7h, 8h6h, 7h6h, 6h5h }

I just put a random quite wide range that SB could be donking with. We are about flipping here. Then add one more villain and possibly third, we are not doing so well anymore.

I checked what Snowie would do here, and it actually would min-raise this flop (and thinks min raising is 0EV play) but any bigger sizing would be already -EV play, so folding would be better in that case.
And OTT it would already fold. Calling seems to be already quite big -EV play according to Snowie.

You can of course think "wiiiiii I have 2 pair so I'm gonna bomb the pot here and take it down" but my opinion is that we are not going to win this often enough.
