Here is a hand i think i played as bad as i can i yesterday's session. Give me your thoughts guys how you would play it out (also preflop).

Opp is reg and his stats in HAND2NOTE are decent:

3BET = 6% between these positionsFold to 4bet is 20% (5 situations)

Hi Jaunais,
is this a full-ring deep stack cash game? If so, what blinds?

Or is it a tournament?
If a tournament, then where are we in relation to the bubble here?

My first question is "Why so passive"?
In MP, isn't 3BB open raise standard? Once you are called, and squeezed, I think that the raise is good.

OTF, why not CBet at least half pot?
Now by the turn, you appear weak when you do bet.

Perhaps others have opinions on whether to fold to the check-raise or call.
This is the toughest decision in this hand, I think.

OTR, you have blockers to the straight, but still I think too many hands in his range have you beat.

I'd love to hear what others have to say here...

Cheers,
VS

I was told " If you 3 bet you C bet " and I think this is good advice unless their getting tricky or hit the flop its hard for them to continue so definitely cbet, on the turn there is nothing really to get excited about so I think I would fold. Also if it were a tournament you can always call pre to keep pot small and you would have some deceptive value but RR is fine.

Its tournament, 1st level or so. No ITM factors or anything.

Had to cbet. I think his 4bet flat is way too tighter than u think...

I would Cbet this hand for sure to protect your hand against AK, AQ or so. If he’s check/raising you need to fold. He can easy have a hand like TT and JJ. As played that’s for the turn the same I think.

Agree. Cbet on flop + turn & give up on raises.

tricky hand for sure.......

i think his range is important but as well as the stackes so is it a one dollar or hundo dollar tourney...so we can assign villains skill lvl properly
i assume your open range is about 17 to 19 from this position also important how he adjust or does he ever....

so whats his sb squezze range vs mid open and a flat call and calls to a 4 bet? sets for shizzle no question but thats only JJ i think....
you made your range weak by checking the flop i wouldnt do this in a 4bet pot with a value hand this strong(althought its not that massivest strong) by weakening your range u manipulate your opponents assumings so its some work to analyze this... so what he thinks you check back which u 4bet? so AK therefore he checkraises you on the turn imo... but does he try to get u off this exact hand or does he have the AQ? no he checkraised the turn and u got Q of clubs....i think he got AK here and just dont wanted to get it in for starting stacks....

btw i like the title a lot :) but dont be too harsh on yourself its destructive!

Thanks pleasecallit for review. It's 55$ MTT. Had about 3.2k hands on opp and exactly between these positions his 3bet is 2.1 so you can only wonder what's his range if he flats 4bet. :-)
I think its TT+ AK+.

I think pre: as played

I would bet flop because it´s draw-heavy and we have to protect our hand. You don´t wanna give Villain to see a free card?

On the turn...hmmm...I personally would think about a (hero?-)fold......
