The best site overall is PokerStars. The best site for you may be dependent on several factors. Check our our Choosing the right Poker Room for you! thread. Just reply by answering the questions in the first post and we'll do our best to find the best room for you in regards to volume, traffic, bonuses, etc.
You should take a moment or two to Introduce yourself! to us properly.
Where are you from? In fact, why don't you get yourself added to our Member map. You never know, the nearest PokerStrategist may live right next door. 
What games and limits do you play? We should be able to link you to some strategy and/or videos specific to what you play.

I think it’s tough to said, because it’s an opinion based think with site is the best. On the moment are other sites more interesting for the lower rake you need to pay, but the software of Pokerstars is on moment is the best I think.
