Can't login says invalid creditentals and doesn't send sms

Have you tried with another browser or with mobile app?

I have the same problem from time to time. My passwords come straight from password manager and same password works in mobile app so it is 100% correct but for some reason when I try to log in with Chrome it tell me my password or username is incorrect.

I have contacted Skrill support twice regarding this matter but never got a good answer how to fix this problem.. So I have just started using the mobile app.

No, I can't login on phone either. Is there any eta when phone sms thingy will work?

I have no idea. I think it is better to contact their support via e-mail.
