I have now played 15,950 hands in two weeks. Profit 69.64; +21.83
My biggest problem is showing too much aggression after the flop with hands that were very good preflop. I will try to improve this for next week. I’ve also watched some videos and used Equilab a fair bit.

I played just over 7000 hands last week and only made just over 1 buy-in but at least I’m still winning and I’m still feeling very positive. I tried playing Zoom for a while but I just bled money. I have now started table selecting so I’ll know this week whether that’s any better.
I have watched several more coaching videos and I am working on equity calculations every day.
This is now my third week and I have played almost 23,000 hands, winning 36 buy-ins with a bb/100 of 15.64.

This is my fourth week and I have played just over 30k hands winning 17.03 bb/100. Long may it continue.
I have gone back to Zoom because there are always 6 players in every hand, making it easier to work out my hand ranges. Once I’ve got them “off pat” I will go back to regular tables.
Every day I am doing equity calculations but I will have to do them for a lot longer as I’m really not good at the moment. I’m also watching coaching videos and taking detailed notes.

Can't see the pictures. But 17.03bb/100 is very impressive. Even for NL2

I’m still playing Zoom.
Every day I am still doing equity calculations and watching coaching videos while taking detailed notes.
This is my 5th week and I have played just over 39k hands winning 15.02 bb/100. I’m still winning but I know I need to have a sample of around 100k hands. So I’ll know a lot more in a couple of months.

This week Zoom and I had a massive fallout - no more Zoom for me.
This is my 6th week and now I have played over 45,000 hands winning 14.2 bb/100 – hopefully this will increase this week after abstaining from Zoom but we’ll see. I’ve kept up with the coaching videos and equity calculations however with the latter I don’t seem to be improving much – maybe it will magically slot into place this week.
I will be trying to play for at least 5 hours a day on regular tables – my wife will be really chuffed!

This is my 7th week and now I have played over 53,000 hands winning 13.8 bb/100 – it’s gone down slightly even though I cut out playing Zoom. I’m still watching coaching videos and doing equity calculations (the latter is still going badly but at least I’m trying). I’ve also played over 40 hours this week and will try to keep that up.

It's now time to get back to my blog!!
It's been over 12 months of sheer hell with lots of physiotherapy and at one point it was difficult to even hold the mouse.
Anyway, I'm back. A few weeks ago I moved up to 5nl fast poker so I've only played 22k hands at a rate of 4.53 bb/100.
I'm trying to play a minimum of 1k hands a day so we'll see how it goes.

6/9/17 Today I played just over 1000 hands and lost $1.26. This is fine as far as I'm concerned as I'm just trying to hold my own at this level.

I've started going through confidant9's1 No-Limit Beginner's Course and trying to take it all in. I would attend the live coaching but, unfortunately, it starts 60 minutes too early for me.

7/9/17 Disaster strikes!!
I lost 5 buy-ins so stopped playing. I know that I was coolered 7 times but still feel that I didn't play well enough.
Tomorrow is another day.

8/9/17 In the first hand of the day I picked up JJ and made a set on the flop. Unfortunately villain made a set of kings - great start!
In total I lost 3.5 buy-ins overall.
Hopefully I'll do better next time.

9/9/17 Today I lost another 2 buy-ins.
Since I've restarted my blog I've lost all 4 days in a row.
The good news is that I cannot lose tomorrow as I'm visiting rellies.

10/9/17 One thing I forgot to mention is that when I was having problems with my "mouse-hand" I bought an xbox 360 Controller. I have never used one before and I made quite a few mistakes before I got used to it. This made the whole thing much easier to handle and far less stressful.

11/9/17 I only arrived home about an hour ago and managed to catch the last 20 minutes of Confidant91's coaching - excellent stuff!

With my xBox Controller I found it very hard to keep my thumb on the "A-button" which I use for folding. I managed to sort this by buying a strip of Adhesive Gems - tiny sticky items about 2mm high. They only cost 99p and work a treat for me as this button now feels a lot different to the others.

I'm back after enforced rest. I've promised that I would play at least 1k hands a day and study for 1 hour.

Today was really hard - it felt like I was starting all over again. My xBox Controller wouldn't work properly so I will sort that out tonight.

Played 1250 hands, lost just under 2 buy-ins and did my studying. I expected to lose far more than that so I'm actually really pleased.

Today I finally managed to get my 360 controller working - far easier than using a mouse and much better for my wrist.
I played 1200 hands but unfortunately lost another 4 buy-ins.

Tomorrow will be third time lucky :-)

Close but no cigar! I played 1000 hands and only lost 0.5 buy-ins so I think I'm getting better - I certainly feel more comfortable and I wasn't upset when my Aces were cracked by 82o.

I also studied for 60 minutes.
Roll on Saturday.
