SKRILL just robbed me. Lost $250

I had $250 sitting there for a year. My bad I never withdraw that.

Few days ago I logged in and found that skrill is deducting $56 every month.

Upon asking they told me this is for merchant services. I have never used their account as merchant.

I just got robbed. Be aware

Hi ksj786,

That sounds weird if you indeed haven't opened a merchant account with them. I assume you told them that and asked for them to look into this? Have you got any answers from them?

You can say farewell to ur lost money. No matter ur right and they're wrong. Especially if you're dealing with customer service. That similar thing happened to me on Freelancer. I had to discuss with them two weeks before they restore my account. My advice to u is to be stubborn and insist of them to return ur money or else u'll give up from their service and spread the word that they robbed u like u this here. Best of luck!!! Cheers!

Well, they played trick with me. They asked me to produce the verification documents for merchant. I told them I dont want to be a merchant, although some time ago i did want to be a merchant. THey refused my request to not become merchant and keep debiting my account every month until it was zero.

On principal they should have acknowledged my request to not become merchant and retunrned my money. They never did so. Their intention was bad. They wanted my money.

Hello ksj786,

Welcome to the Pokerstrategy.com forums :welcome:

I would probably ask them to produce evidence to warrant these charges on your account. As the amounts are different each month it denotes that you have been using merchant services so they should be able to identify amounts, dates and reasons for those charges and send you that evidence.
If they can't do that then I would open a appeal with their customer services. Failing all that I would close the account and use a different service.

You should also take a moment or two to Introduce yourself! to us properly.

Hope you find some resolution to this issue and good luck at the tables.

Regards

Matt
