I'll 3bet to 12BB with my entire 3Bet range on SB/BB sometimes for leverage or to exploit but in this case I think I did it because he min raised and I wanted to put more money in initially at EFSS108BB.

He seems to be a very tight player and I was playing 34/25/3.4/9.8(416 hands) so may be he thought I was out of line preflop?

He checked flop and turn pretty quickly and then took his time to shove river.

Thoughts?

I would just get it in preflop.
As played I would bet at least OTR to get value from some QQ he might 4bet here.

Imo villain has quads or bluffs.

Or a few combo's of AK.

Either way, i would jam this preflop. Think of the hands he would 4bet you would, AA it's sort of a cooler. (I can see myself folding KK if his sample was bigger). QQ, you want to get it in against that hand. If an ace comes it's hard to get value.
Vs AK i don't know if you're going to get stacks in if he doesn't hit, and if he does it you're actually behind.
And then there's the few possible bluff combo's he can have: These mainly contain an ace (from UTG). I don't mind folding those out after he 4b so big.

Or may be he has 88? Frankly, I folded so I don't know this but it seems rather transparent if not AA/AK/AQ/AJ/random bluffs.

We cannot assume, that villain is tight, cuz we got just Hands: 86.
Why he would not value bet with AK on flop?
Imo he had AA or bluffs , wich maybe includes A8s.
I think that he definitely had not 88.

Him holding 88 would be a random brainfart from his side preflop.
