I chased the white rabbit on this one for sure. I got fancy with it thinking bet/calling on flop puts me squarely as AK/KQ/KJ/AA and that my opponent could never put me on a 4 thus expecting big pay off against something like 33/55 but if he ends up having 74s then I'm dead.

I think this would be way more viable if there was another club on flop.

He have way more than sets here, I don't think he folds the set anyway, but fold flop was the right play, don't forget that just because the hand went your way.

I wouldn't bother about villain putting me on some hand that much in general. If I have few thousands hands on him and I know he is solid reg ... well then maybe. I am afraid you are over-thinking the hand which leads to bad decisions, so be careful about this !

(Except I'd go smaller on the flop 1/3 plays well on these textures and you can double barrel on loads of cards so you want him to call you lighter)

Nothing wrong here. As LemOn said on this flop betting smaller would be slightly better.

i don't fold flop ever with gs+bdfd, is that too loose?
i probably fold that turn though, so not sure if i'm just donating money overall

river sizing is good, don't get too fancy. he should fold at least 33 vs a ship
