Yet another scam. Avoid 888

Couple days ago I registered with 888poker to try out a new room. Straight after the registration I went to verify my account and uploaded my driver's license. I then deposited $50 and started playing.
The next day right in the middle of the poker session I was kicked out of the room and upon login was told my account was temporarily disabled.

"We have reviewed the documents that you have supplied us with and it has been decided that we are unable to accept them for verification purposes."
This is complete bullshit because my driver's license is perfectly fine and it was also perfectly accepted at other poker rooms before.
Also what made me laugh was this line:
"Please note that your Membership is no longer welcome at any site owned and operated by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Ltd."
Straight up rude af.
I asked them to provide any reason why my documents didn't satisfy them and if there was an option to provide any additional documents.
They replied the decision was made and my account was permanently blocked and no transactions could further occur.
Great job stealing my initial deposit and winnings.

Now the question is - how do I get my money back and apologies? I will deposit them to a different room as I have no more desire in playing at 888 even if they reinstate my account.

Can you please give me your poker user name?

I thing you can try to use direct 888 web cashier Link Text... for withdrawal.

Advice - Never deposit your many to poker room till your account is verified.

So far I was only contacted saying I'm blocked.
I will let you know if they contact me again.

Think you will find now the UK is making a big deal about tax avoidance it will be a matter of time before these slimey sites are closed in UK at least.

I got a reply from them that my money won't be paid back to me.

What should I do? This is a matter of principle now. This is simply a robbery.

Someone hacked my account on 888 and stole my entire bankroll. 888 customer service were rude, obstuctive, withheld information which I should have been able to access, and did nothing to help. I had a terrible experience.

888 placed the blame on "somebody in my house" which made me FURIOUS. (I was living with my 85 year old father at the time, who wasn't able to switch my pc on let alone steal my bankroll).

The thief made a min deposit from a skrill account, played casino games (I had never previously played casino, only poker), ran it up then withdrew my entire bankroll. The IP logs (which 888 released after three weeks of my repeated requests) show the thief logged on from locations hundreds of miles away from my house. 888 have appauling customer service. I will never play there again.

This depends on your location. If you reside in a country where 888 is licensed by your government, then you would contact your National Gambling Authority.

If 888 don't hold a license in your country, then you would contact their Rest of World (ROW) regulator which should be listed at the bottom of their webpage.

They are also carry eCOGRA's "Fair and Safe" seal, so you can also fill out a dispute resolution form.

But I submitted a dispute to eCOGRA.

If 888poker doesnot have licence on some coubties why they easily accept deposit without any problems from these residents but on opposite side they dont wat to give money back, block account and so on ?
