I wouldn't say this board doesn't hit villains range so well. He still has AX hands. I would say even half of his range could be those.
So I wouldn't cbet this flop. We are out of position. Our hand is not very vulnerable. This hand is not worth 3 streets anyway if we don't hit a set. So all of those things speak against betting.

As played, wouldn't change turn or river.

I agree. Would you only ch/c the flop or are there turns other than Q that you call again?

I guess it depends a bit on villain and his bet sizing. Against passive guys I think it would be easier to fold but against more aggressive ones we probably can call one more on the turn. I didn't make any calculations but my guess would be that calling isn't terrible.
