actually FD+2overs is also a slight favorite over your hand so this spot is very annoying, he needs to raise a few backdoors/pure bluffs and/or 55 66 88 99, but if you just call he can play perfectly.
i do actually want to make a nitty-looking fold but shoving cannot be that bad, mainly with the hope that he has non-zero bluffs and may also play like this with 55 66 88 99 sometimes

I do not like the shove in this spot, your hand just does not have enough equity vs his range. If you think he has enough bluffs / semibluffs, you should call the flop and donk the turn to deny him a free card. I would mostly just fold on the flop, as most people would be quite value heavy in this spot on the micros and in the end
your hand is not that good anyway.

I would prefer to just call this pre flop.
OTF I don't like the 3bet shove. That could fold out a lot of his bluffs, and I think you want to keep those in his range. I would prefer to call the raise and proceed from there. Or just fold as Fanko suggested, I do agree that raises on microstakes are a bit value heavy.
