Grind today : 6.43 hours
Total grind over 103 hours

Today was like yesterday very difficult day. I spent morning routine differently as I went to friends place and stayed there for 3 hours. That affected remaining of my day greatly with both nutrition and grind times. So its official and obvious to me - to put 8 hours steady I have to keep steady schedule.
The good news is that I am still on track for 300 hours since I need less then 200 hours by the end of the year - so noting is lost.

Today is also 6 weeks before Thailand trip. Right now I am at 86.4kgs, so I will go to gym 30 times in those 36 days, do rope jumping every single time and 18 bar brothers work outs. Nutrition will be the most difficult, to keep soda out and any carb heavy foot out of reach especially after 7pm. I am struggling with that now the most, training is the easier part actually for me. So I am going for 80kgs in those 6 weeks, I am positive I can hit it!

I also had to sleep today in the afternoon because it was one of those days where I felt I was playing way worse as the day was going. So again, some obvious things are coming on top for me about time management for long hours:
- Since I sleep 6-7.5 hours, if I sleep less I have trouble grinding later in the afternoon (low energy, lower focus)
- If I don't drink 3 coffee's I have trouble with evening session from 8-9pm
- If I don't follow set schedule for grind, especially morning routine, it becomes very difficult to hit 8 hours
- If any life things get in the way, then 6-7 hours are also stretch
- If I grind on non work out day, I have less energy overall
- If I don't stick to low carb meals, I have trouble with focus and feel more tired

So solutions for everything above is:
- Stick to same grind times every single day
- Keep work outs 5 times and increase to 7 times per week at same times (noon or 12:30)
- Eat low carb high protein meals with calorie deficit
- Get 3 coffee's per day
- Play 3 long sessions 3 + 3 + 2 , 3 hours being in the morning before work out, 3 hours after work out and lunch and 2 hours in the evening
- Keep other life things to minimum in next 4 weeks (take 1 to 1.5 hours apart for them max)

That's all. I am heading to rest now and get proper sleep as tomorrow I will train and go for 8 hours.

P.S. Feeling sick also today, throat ache and such. I will drink tea with honey tomorrow and get lemonade also for prevention.

Grind today : 2.53 hours
Grind total over 108 hours

Today was crazy day. 2 days ago I felt cold catching (sour throat and nose running) but today it got me hammered to bed.
I started day as I would normally with my habit of grinding but then went to funeral from noon until 4pm. Most of the time it was bellow 5 degrees celzius, standing outside in the graveyard. So that actually fucked up my health even more because when I came back home I was shacking. Drank 3 teas, bunch of meds ate and hit the bed. I haven't measured temperature but I am positive I have over 37 as my forehead is burning.

It is things like this that affect my grinding the most + internet trouble. I am motivated to play but my eyes are closing and bed invites me to sleep rest regenerate. I went to bed earlier today at around 8pm or so and woke up now at 1am. Have no clue how long will this shit last. I wanted to try and train but that's out of the question with current state. I think sacrificing the week to get better or however many days is what I will do.

So remaining days I will aim to play but likely 2-4-5 hours or however much my health situation offers me.
In the meanwhile I will be in bed resting and regenerating.

With 108/300 hours, I need 192 in 27 days. Still doable but have to get better ASAP in 3 days and resume to my daily 8 hour grind routine.

Wish me luck!

Plan for today:
- Drink lots of tea
- Take medication for throat ache and fever
- Get fruit and vegetables
- Sleep and sweat it out

Poker plan for today:
- If focus and energy is there grind 2+ hours at least

From 1am to now slept 3 times, waking up in bed, turning around, feeling sick and cold. I hate winter and getting sick - its a pattern with me. Have to start spending my winter times in Thailand from next year on!

Update for the end of the day:

- Drank tea and took all medication
- Slept 3 hours from 8-11pm, woke up with sore throat and feeling less fever vs yesterday
- Ate only once today (not feeling hungry just want to rest and sleep)
- Went to pick up my gym back and wireless headphones in the morning + drank tea and saw my friend (1 hour or so)
- Through out the day did 5x3 pull ups (15 total) to keep active
- Did 2 laundry washes and drier parts

Poker part:
- Completed massive part of project for DB analysis of mine
- Downloaded h2note trial version and uploaded my hands
- Tried to make payment for Edge but didn't go through via Skrill
- Watched tutorial videos about some functions
- Talked to 2 hud creators for h2note via Skype
- Uploaded db to h2note trial version
- Played 1 very short session (0.5) and felt super sleepy and dizzy then went to bed

So while the grind part definitely didn't work out today, I did manage to productively spend time for poker and off poker. Resting part helped because I do feel better vs yesterday and I hope to keep that trend going so that within 1 to 2 days I can return strong and play 8 hours every day.
I was in huge dilemma whether or not to work out sick today. I decided not to go to gym because A/C and sweating in and after the shower will just spike me to get sicker - is what I figured. So I decided instead to do home work out of 5 sets of 3 pull ups. Tomorrow I will do it again and likely add some more reps to it, so instead of 15 do 21 pull ups (2 extra sets of 3 reps).

I hope H2note guys will respond to my purchase request within 24 hours because tomorrow I want to spend most of my day doing DB analysis of population on 15s and readjust my game plan + set up new HUD and start grinding at home (desktop) 100% vs playing 3 hours in coffee place on my laptop (non ssd!) and old hud. So those are my main hopes for Poker tomorrow + to get more grind in, something like 2 hours or 3 even if I have to take frequent rests with playing 30 minute sessions due to low focus and tiredness/sickness.

That is all for today. I will not update my hours count but will add those hours while sick together once I return to full grind.

Update for today:

Poker
- Played over 2 hours of poker
- Setup h2note edge and new hud + played with it

Health
- Still feeling sick but much better vs 2 days ago and better vs yesterday
- Took all the medication and felt way better with energy
- Work out did in gym , bar brothers 1 instead of 2 trainings and jump rope 1000 reps! (this was best part of the day no doubt)

I expect to be back at the tables hard from Friday on. I will very likely switch network again from Stars after buying h2note because edge is too great not to take advantage of it on other rooms.

So already over 110 hours of grind done and I will push very hard from Friday on, and will use tomorrow to recover to 100% and train!

Grind (over) 115/300 total

Played 3.5 hours today.
Starting today (9th of December) until end of the year will play 8 and more hours. Probably will hit 12 hours some days because next 3 weeks I will mainly be working out 6x per week and just grinding, so completing the challenge shouldn't be the problem.

Health situation is not 100% because I worked out 3 days in a row sick and rested less so my body is not fully recovered but I decided to do it anyways to push myself in all areas.

Expect from today (9th) to do 9 or more hours in order to finish with some extra days before end of the year :)

Thanks for advice :) Yes its very important but at this moment I make up my health by working on my body, eating good and focusing on grind that's all. Flu is all around because winter is here.

Grind today over 9 hours
Grind total 125/300 hours

Whole day just did 4 things:
- Have coffee and tea in favorite coffee place
- Work out (cardio 2k single rope jumps)
- Go to computer store to look for adapter (had it online not in the store)
- And grind 9+ hours!!!

Now time to hit the bed and repeat this process remaining of December.

P.S. I worked out 4 days in a row from which all of them I was sick but feeling at around 90% now so should be back to full strength in day or two.

Grind today over 9 hours
Grind total over 134/300 hours

Things I did today:

- Got adapter for my new monitor
- Over ate (until 10:30pm awesome but then 2 panckackes and pasta!!!)
- 1 coffee, 2 teas and 5l of water
- Over 9 hours of grind

No training today since is day off but I still took same like yesterday to grind 9+ hours. It is because actual cardio training is never more then 30 minutes (hiit style) and to change before for gym and then after shower and change + warm up is 1 hour total. With bar brothers + cardio takes more but not much more.
So I can continue to grind 9+ hours and still get 6 training sessions in.

This morning I was 82.5kgs on weight scale and 4 days ago I was 88.1kgs. I put a challenge to get to 80kgs in 5 weeks, exactly for Thailand trips. In those 5 days (Since Wednesday) , I trained 4 times and 4 out of 5 days was great calorie intake, low carbs high protein hence 5.6kgs off in 4 days!!!
Tomorrow morning will be very interesting to check weight scale cause I ate 2 panckackes, 2 pastas, 1 slice of pizza and egg omlet with feta cheese I am guessing I will be at least 1 or more kgs vs this mornings 82.5kgs. Regardless of that, 6 trainings per week is the way to go to get maximum benefit, with each training having cardio while bar brothers is combining 3x per week and then there is more intense cardio 3x per week - all with rope jumps. Currently cardio only is 2k rope jomps divided by 500 in sets of 4. Takes me less then 20 mins of active jumping to get it, with resting period between sets of 1 - 1.5 minute, I do it in 22-23 mins which is nice. With Bar Brothers I do 1k rope jumps after the work out so its nice cardio finisher.
Look forward to 14th of January when I will go for body fat measuring and all the other health results as I did this year before Thailand.

Hope your December has been going well and that you are feeling festive and in holiday mood!

Grind today 6 hours
Grind total 140/300 hours

Almost half way with grind target!
Today was difficult to put in more hours because in the morning I spent about 1.5 hour with my dad and after morning routine also meet with friends for 0.5 or so. So these activities made grinding less possible for 9 hours today. No big deal, 20 days to hit 160 hours, 8 hours average every day.

I did work out today but due to starting everything later and my body being out of synch, I did max pull ups in 4 sets with 2 3 and 4 mins rest between each set. My numbers are 8,5,5,4, which is my personal record. I will test it again before Thailand trip in 4 weeks and I will focus on taking 4 mins rest between each set vs varying rest times.

That is all for today. Tomorrow 9 hours plan to play + work out and proper nutrition.

P.S. Due to carbs I ate yesterday I got to 84,3 from 82.5. So 1.8kgs gained in a single day with carbs

Grind today 6 hours
Total grind 146/300 hours

Today was difficult day. I spent more time with life things in the morning then I anticipated so that crossed to other areas. I worked out again and it was great (one of the best things every day that I look forward to!) but it didn't help that I had problem with my stomach whole day. I ate today and yesterday pasta and added omlete to my meals with feta cheese, so my stomach is very likely messed up with diary products. Now that I think of it, last food tolerance test I did showed that I should avoid such things!!!
So yeah, that affected grind, I got more bloated, sitting playing was more difficult. Started grinding later then usual hence 6 vs 9 hours.

Not too happy about that but I have to accept it and learn from it. Tomorrow no omlete with feta cheese obviously.

BTW, I have been sick since past Monday, so 9 days already. Throat ache mostly, no tea and medication helped me yet. I assume it will pass in next several days. I don't want to give up training by any cost, it is what gives me energy and drive to push beyond my limits.

Enjoy remaining of your week !

Grind yesterday : 6 hours
Total grind 152/300 hours

Yesterday watched derby game Partizan vs zvezda (1-1 final score) so only 6 hours grind.

Great news is that I am 50 buy ins away from covering my whole make up and finishing current deal. From experience, It should take me 50 hours with running OK to finish it all up. If that happens, I won't need to play further and I can relax and prepare mentally for my Thailand trip and 11 weeks stay in Asia!!!

So wish me OK variance from today on and hopefully in next 50ish hours I can finish it all :)

Thanks for the great wishes man!
I don't do any drugs nor smoke, but if I drink I like Serbian Rakija best :)
I think I used up all my 100x ones in past year and a half getting like 11 of them and winning 8 or 9 (don't even remember now) and then got also one 200x and won it.
Running with EV will be cool in next 50ish hours and I am good to go :)

Yes!
Definitely will consider streaming 15s on with 1 to 2 tabling from Thailand 1 hour or so during specific dates. As far as pictures go, I might post some here but I will definitely post them on my FB profile for my family and friends all around the world. And yeah, definitely with 100% girls, I am not into lady boys
