So as the title says, I'm a returning player on NetBet, having previously deposited (much more than the minimum €10) and also withdrawn the winnings to the same credit card. That transaction was completed within a few days and I was very pleased with it.
After getting a few random complementary twister tickets via email and successfully winning about 20 euros from them, I wanted to add the money to my main account on a different poker room. However, NetBet now asks for a verification process to be completed before the withdrawal - and while I have no problem with sending an ID scan which is something I've been asked before albeit on just a few sites, I draw the line at sending my credit card scan to them via email. That's something I've never experienced in hundreds of transactions I did online through the years.
Just a heads-up to other players - this is not standard, not by a mile.
