villian flopped flush 90%
Aces,kings,queens 10%
or I should have just called river shove?

Another option would be to raise the flop for value and protection.
If he shoves or 3bet you can still consider folding.
As played he shove looks like a flush for sure on river and I would fold here.

A3 is in his/her range aswell I assume.
I should have check raised flop?
To like 7BB?

A3 is less likely I think, but possible. If you check raise I would make it at least 3x out of position.
