Tough one.

In general, these raises are usually for value.

In this case, villain really shouldn’t have many sets or two-pairs after calling your 3-bet preflop (is 22 or 33 likely?). I’d be tempted to 3-bet to put him all-in.

But it’s NL2 and people do crazy things. Who would be surprised by K2! Maybe it’s best in the long run to fold and move on. πŸ€”

This could be a strong hand, could be a weak hand.
My option would be to just call because that keeps all of his possible bluffs in.

Yea, I don't think being 166bb effectively deep changes a lot. If we don't have good reason to put villain only on 22,33 then I think TPTK should be defended vs a minraise.
