I have just regged in Stars and deposited 200 dollars with 100% bonus.
And few hours after my account is frozen. After uploading all the documents first passport and drivers license BTW ππ€
And I get an email from a random domain security@starsaccounts.com and they want me to upload a pic of my transaction card. How unsafe is this ffs ? I have been having accounts in many other bookies and have never been asked about such things, what about such domains that am not even sure it's theirs.
Had someone else been in such situation and this is just after depositing couple of hundred?π
Any answers will be deeply appreciated. And asking poker strategy for a wee bit of help here.
Like am no sending my card images to random emails. Like. π€
Is this email valid first?
Is this an usual thing, cuz I don't think it's ok?
Shall I write to gambling commission?

I did my identity check years ago and they used another e-mail address back then. If you want to be sure they use the right e-mail you can always send a mail to support@pokerstars.com if you want to be sure this e-mail is legit.

Well i know for sure they use starsaccounT but not starsaccountS. You sure it has an S?
Cause it seems this is theirs: http://www.starsaccount.com/
And when you inspect the mailto on their official website you can see they use @starsaccount.eu and @starsaccount.com
But yeah you can always send to support@ ...
Iβm afraid not, but I recommend sending a mail to support@pokerstars.com, because thatβs the only way to get an answer of PokerStars support.
