It’s extremely unlikely that he has 4x. I doubt he calls preflop with 55. AA and KK surely 4-bet preflop. I only see QQ here that beats you, so why fold?

1. Preflop 3bet is questionable. Good vs loose guys who open too wide/call too wide

2. I think you can continue with QQ+ and fold JJ and below. At this stack depth don't think anyone raises here with midpairs. If you were 100bb and he check/jammed turn i would call.

sure he reps narrow, but at the same time who ever bluff raises in this spot? That's the main consideration
