Well I for one am especially grateful for this Online Day 1 as its rather nice being able to play from the comfort of home during this cold icy spell. Although all that snow looks beautiful I woould rather not make the long trudge to my cardroom 20 miles away if I dont have to!
What could be better than being at home all snug and cosy and playing poker too - bliss

I like the idea of an online day one because:
- If you do not make day 2, you save money for the journey
- If you make day 2 you will already be excited super much about the journey
- 5 minutes break every 55 minutes!
- Qualifying this way and eventually winning it would be quite a story
- I can play some more tourneys on 888
- I could be naked (which I won't be, but I could!)
- I have only twice reached a 2nd day of any live event and it would be amazing to get the chance to do it online!

Online Day 1’s are a really great way of giving more people more of an opportunity to get involved in live events. Many people don’t have the time to devote to travelling to live Day 1’s and therefore miss out on the live final (that is the situation I find myself in). Getting more people involved in online day 1’s gives more people the chance to play their first live tournament. This allows them to develop their game even more. This is all why I love playing online Day 1’s.
The chance to win this prize means that PokerStrategy will be getting a better chance of being represented and to represent PokerStrategy would be a huge part of winning this.

Yeah...the online day 1s is a great opportunity for recreational players with small BR and no much time off for traveling to attend to live events without risking some extra expenses.

I love it because it is a great way for an amateur or beginner to cash in a live event as soon as they sit down it is like a satellite in a sense after all chris moneymaker who started the poker boom got to the world series by winning a ticket on pokerstars and beat Sammy farha heads up to win 2.5 million what a dream come true lol.
Because it's nice to know you'll at least cover your expenses when you go on day2 so you can relax and enjoy your time.

I like online day 1s because the format allows for a more interesting and fun game of poker. As players are already in the money it reduces the caginess and gives a more open fun game with the bonus of everyone being in the money - win win.

I very much like online day 1s for live events. This is a brilliant idea, that makes it possible to play many more big events each year. Play 1st day online => travel & play live if you are on the money OR move on to the next tuornament.
Btw. This would be such a fantastic way for me to start my poker journey again, after 8 years away from the game. Been preparing & studying the game and strategies intensively for 4 months now...and it is finally time to seriously hit the tables.
