Hi Colonoscopy!

I like the way you organize your blog and I think it's really helpful to follow your goals.
It also could help you to stay motivated, but I think you have much bigger motivations running around you and in general. :)

Please, take a look at https://forums.pokerstrategy.com/forum/thread.php?threadid=347065 and especially third one. ;)

Regarding your goals - from my point of view they are also nicely organized and connected to each other, so that should help you to follow and reach them.
You know - it takes some time to form a new habit and it's important to have an often reminders before it happens.

Kind regards,
Alex

Kids are at Daycare, Gym session done (My triceps are still shaking) & no-carb + protein ready! Time to get to the tables. I will try to play atleast 4 hours now right away and another 2-3 later tonight.

Focus will be to stop making fancy plays with zero EQ. Dont float flops vs fishes with nothing and try to rerais rivers. Accept that im beat when reraised all in on the river and make good folds. Straight forward today.

If i can do that me and my familiy will treat us with some cinnamon buns today :) se you guys at the tables!

What a day! Im so happy and proud of my focus and dedication today. In merely 101 hands in the beginning i went from 67bb+ to 357bb- and i was totaly fine with it. It was like it never happend. My mind was so into what i was going to focus on for the day.
All situations were good calls/plays and but the cards made the decision in favor of the villans. But i sticked to the plan for the day: played my 4h+ straight forward poker, no fancy stuff & grinded my way thru it and ended the day 333bb+!!

Hands for the day: 2969 (NL2 total 9620)
Winnings for the day: 6,66$ (NL2 total 13,14$)

Blargh! :rage:

What a rollercoaster of a day emotionally. I had big troubles controlling my anger over making misstakes and losing flip pots third day in a row, it realy got to me today.
Abit after 1000 hands a lost a hand set over set who made me tilt HARD. I was so mad and hade to take short breaks that dident helpt and eventually i had to take a 2-3 hour break and complete the day at the evening. I almost ended up BE witch im happy with after such a tilt day.

I got to my volume goal of 6h and 5k hands aswell.

I took a break yesterday and dident even post this untill today Friday. Now im going back at it.

Havent been playing all weekend, today i finally could sneak in 2 hours! All went perfect, witch feels awesome. Will be putting in volume again when both kids are back at daycare.

Wow what a week and a half! My family was all sick one after the other. Been to the hospital 3-4 times over last 9 days. The joys of being a parent for small children.
Tomorrow will be my first day “off” from the family since last update. I can’t wait to get back to grinding. I’v been working with Ulvars EQ and hade some small sessions here and there and all went superb. I will post total results from NL2-NL5 below and get back tomorrow with more daily updates…

Se you all at the tables!
