My friend recently had 5 of a kind on Pokerstars. Included two 8 diamonds. He took a screenshot and sent it to Pokerstars. The result: Pokerstars shut down his account. Great customer service Pokerstars... well done (not) !!!

Sounds like a weird story, but the only real way to get 5 of a kind is if there are jokers in play.
So far, I know no poker room is playing with jokers.

I personally think that it was a technical problem. I saw such a screenshot several years ago. The tourney was cancelled and everybody got their buy-in back. Was a mistake in software. Someone had 5 of a kind aces. 
I don't need the help Primrose I was not playing the hand. My friend needed the help and when he contacted Pokerstars support in good faith, with honesty and integrity, and with the physical proof in the form of a screenshot Pokerstars shut down his account. Have to ask yourself why? Certainly makes me wonder about their integrity! And yes I saw the screenshot.
Hi SDK. This was not a jokers wild game lol. It was a 50c $1 blinds cash table. $138 in the pot. My friend could not bet, the software obviously had a glitch, he got timed out on the hand. Two 8 diamonds, seen the screenshot. So ironically my friend lost the hand although surely he had the best hand even with 4 of a kind, never mind 5 of a kind.
Then he should contact Pokerstars again and tell them the story in detail. He has proofs that he didn´t cheat, right? There´s the hand history. Did Pokerstars give a reason, why they shut down his account? I would ask them!
Contacted Pokerstars customer support, send them the screenshot. Then they locked his account so he could not login, essentially banning him. Makes you wonder about the integrity and honesty of sites that ban people for been honest
