as it apears you need double the points now to open a chest,
does that mean expected rakeback is 2.5% now?

I know dneg, its better for the all of us <3

Move to Party.

Nice software and standard 20% rb.

Problem solved.

Hey BadHabit1989,

I believe you can earn up to 40% and 50% if you are invited to join their highest raking club.

Regards

Laz

and on top of that you get pool full of bots, other regs and almost no fish. very poor liquidity, where you can basically play only in the EU evenings. and dont forget some people use screenscrapers so they have HUD and you dont.

yeah, party is great place to play

tbh: no wonder they cut the rakeback back another 50% while not announcing anything in the public.
the pokercommunity does not seem to care enough and just accepts that fact.

I don’t see any different with the amount of points you need to open a chest. Maybe you need to open a higher chest, because you earned 4 chests on a day.

2 ways why you don’t notice a difference:
1. you are unaware of how many points you needed before the recent change and your feeling tells you it is the same
2. you are a net depositor and therefor get more rakeback than the worst case scenario

Does it really matter if you get 4,5 or 2,5?

Not to much in my opinion, because the rake back is in both cases terrible if you compare it with the VIP system of 2016 and earlier. I open the lowest chest still for only 240 points. Then you can see I don’t play to much as well.

Some rooms have 1% rake and 15-30% rakeback.
Stars is trying to gradually switch those two numbers. God bless.

good sdk1987. stars needs more players like you. when they compltely take away rakeback and increase rake (as they just did in low buyin tournaments)
you will be one of the guys yelling "it doesnt matter, we had not much rakeback before and rake already was huge. why should we care that they took it away completely and increased rake?"

companies which offers casino, sport bets and stuff like that earns from it 100, 1000 x more profit then from poker so they don't really care about poker players much. If you play nl100 or lower limits there is plenty other rooms with good rakeback/VIP. There is loads off PS shills that says that rake doesn't meter, you should be able to crush p layers at your limit bla bla bla. Sure, when you pay 1 buy in / 1000 hands in holdem and 20 bb /100 hands PLO to "poker" room you have to crush poker room, not players. And who says that? DN? he gets staked by PS and he dares to say that its ok to pay more rake and get nothing from room? or affiliates which gets part of rake you pay for room? sorry your bs never worked for me.

That’s not really the case. I never invest my own money with poker and win with it. I cost only money for them. It would be nice if they would change it back like how it was in 2016 and earlier, but that will not happen I’m afraid.
