Hello, under my nickname in drop-down menu I can see that I am stick to country "Czech Republic" and I can't change it... What is the reason ? I am from Ukraine. Also I am offered to register at Pokerstars.cz (not to pokerstars.com)

Can you visit this site https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and check what it gonna show you for ISP and Country.
Also, do you use some kind of VPN services?

I didn't have this option before.... Now I checked and I had it... I pressed update and it changed my country to Russian Federation without any choice from my side ? why ????? And I don't see "update" again!

When you are logging in from another country, or for some reason you use a VPN service, you can see the option from the screenshot above. This feature updates the offers you see to the current ones for this country.

Can you check at the same time the https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and if there is an "update" option?
I've tested that feature in several ways, works without any issues and it shows me another country only if I'm using an IP from this country.
