Calling pre is ok.
OTR your fold is extremely tight. You would have 4bet probably JJ+ or at least QQ+, so you don't have any better hands in your range. So you are folding the best hand you can have here. OFC villain's 3 barrel in a 3bet pot at NL5 full ring and dry board looks very strong but then again this is SB vs BB and you described villain as LAG.

I would basically fold here only if I think my villain is tight and there is a very small chance he is capable of 3 barrel bluff on a 3bet pot like this.

What is his fold to steal BB vs SB and went to show down stat? You have 3k hands so this stat should be somewhat relevant to narrow his range

Imho Preflop to Turn your play is pretty fine. OTR the board developed quite well for you. He is pretty loose for fullring. I can even imagine him bluffing sth like A5, A2 or maybe even value betting KJ. If you have 3k hands then 3bet stat could really help here. He might be one of those players with loose VPIP and PFR but passive on the 3bet/4bet side. I guess I would crycall in this spot. I dont like calling 3barrels with TPTK on micros since it is a very strong line in general there but this is BB vs SB and he is considerably loose so its a call OTR imho.
