Added the ability to display hands for all opponents. To do this, open the Overall window (through the menu), if you want, set filters on one or more stats, you do not need to close the window.
For example, you want to see openraise for opponents with PFR 22 from CO. Tick pfr, 22-22 or 21-23 for a larger sample, click Openraise, tick the CO. You can set a minimum number of hands on the opponent to cut off random ones.

Fixed a bug due to which many people using PT4 did not download PartyPoker's hands at all
