The hand is quite standard.
Villain's sizings worry me a bit. His raise was not that big, then he bets small OTT when the board pairs which could look like "please call me" and then he goes ahead and increases his river sizing.
But he can still be bluffing, he could have a weaker straight, he could have slowplayed pre some overpairs, who knows. And he shouldn't have that many full house combos if he sometimes 3bets JJ and folds JTo pre.

You have a nut straight and villain isn't making any huge bets. Calling is fine.

Hi, isnt an option to put it in on the flop already? I mean we still dont have a made hand so if he is bluffing we dont mind him folding. But if not we still have a great equity with OESD + FD. I remember reading about this in one basic post flop strategy article which said that with this many outs, you can go allin on the flop profitably.

I guess when you are over 150bb its probably better to call to avoid variance but consider my line as a 100bb scenario.

That’s the main reason I posted this hand: what to do on the flop, just call or pump it up?

I would definitely pump it. If you call you are just relying on your outs whilst by 3betting you are generating at least some fold equity and a chance to take the pot right away.

I think it would be fine to 3bet the flop with so many outs in general, but I don't think he has alot of bluffs in his range in this spot, especially when we block alot of his semi-bluffing hands. Also, most of the hands that could be gutshots now are most likelly 3betting preflop (AQ, AK), maybe even most of AXs hands, so he can't have that many A-high flushdraws, which we are not in great shape against anyway and he won't fold them vs our 3bet. So overall, I don't see better hands folding nor worse hands calling, but since vs sets, JT and nut flushdraws we have 42% equity, and the fact that we could have some fold equity + he could have some KQ we are freerolling against, I would say both calling and 3betting are fine.

With that many outs you can stack on flop.
As played, you cannot fold.
