Hello!
I was active on Pokerstrategy.com around 2009 but did not succed with my poker dreams for several reasons. The strongest reason that hold me back was probably family and friends that did not understand or support the dreams I had and I got convinced that poker was "not a real job" and after maybe a year of grinding the micros I left my dreams behind in some sort of attempt "to do something with my life" - big misstake.
Now Im older and I have got myself a university degree and a 9-5 job with decent pay. The problem is that Im not really happy with where I am today and I miss the freedom and the feeling of beeing my own boss playing poker. The last year I have refreshed my mind about poker by reading a few books on the subject and playing quite some bit and I do think my theoretical understanding of No Limit Holdem Cash Game starts to become quite good.
My results have not been very convinsing yet though and because of this I keep plugging leaks and try to stay as focused as I can.
During the last year I have mainly been playing NL10 with some attempts on NL25 when my bankroll has allowed so. After 170k hands I am break even after paying 1800 $ in rake. The rake seems tough to beat but I will keep developing my game until I crush it. This time I will not let anybody else judge my choice of life. Shuffle up and deal! ![]()
Starting bankroll: 210 $
