So I am back to playing poker again and its going much better this time 
I think one of the contributing factors to my losses was that i was folding to much both preflop and postflop. But long story short today i had a fishy reg who was irritating the hell out of me. I played 4 hands against him, and I had to fold (or least I did) 3 times

So i only called preflop cause BTN and BB are both squeeze happy so I have to defend somehow because my coldcalling range would be full with pp-s. Also UTGs calling range wouldnt be that much behind.
Flop I think bet is standard also the call.
Turn I was thinking since this sizes are sometimes signs of a good holding. But again I have almost the top of my range not blocking Ac so I decided to call.
River I folded because of two resaons: Its not a scarecard to bluff and the playerpool would usually give up and second maybe I will have better cards to call this ALL IN with like 77s
