gl bro!

Just get a free hud imo, you'll crush .25s with or without it anyway :)

@tj, thanks, I dont doubt that :f_cool: still hud would be cool

I struggled to find a good free HUD for spins, so in the end I built my own. Every stat I have on show is custom, took a about a week to build and test, but I'm quite happy with it now. Haven't added any colour ranges to the stats, so always room to improve. If I remember later I'll post a screenshot.

As promised. I like a clean, simple look that firs well on the table, with stats that become useful with a small sample. So I actually find there are many stats that don't show when I play stars, but I mainly play ipoker twisters atm and have reasonable sample on quite a few players. Mainly using quite standard stats pre-flop, just broken down into 3-way and HU positional. I have been a little more creative with some of the post-flop stats so that I can make best use of the layout, such as Df (donk flop) in position is really stab when checked to as the pre-flop caller. The LP (limped pot) stats are on the basis that a cbet is an in position open, and a donk and out of position open, then cbet turn and river are if the lead was taken on the flop.

Thought about many ways of displaying the stats, and many more stats I could display, but without sufficient samples the more specific stats are useless. So this is what I have ended up with:

Took a hand from PT4 replayer, just to show how it looks with a larger sample.

Let me know what you think. If you decide to build your own, I could give you some tips if you need any. Also, before I built this HUD i tried all the free spin HUDs in the PT4 customisation library, some were ok and gave me the basis of what I wanted, so maybe give them a try if you haven't already. https://www.pokertracker.com/custom/hud
I am sure I also come across a 2+2 thread with a spins HUD that someone had built, way more detailed than mine, so maybe worth a search.

Hey! This is great work sctually, really almost everything important there only a fee probe options and probe fold/call options missing in my eyes. I think your hud is good to gain a fast overview of your opponents. But I still prefer to have it split for how deep people are as it for sure varies a lot. Gonna take a look over the weekend. Pretty busy to work out something for the community (hope the work pays off)

Thanks! I am a bit light on turn and river stats, but I just don't think they have much value for me atm playing twisters, maybe when I move back to stars I'll add a few more. Splitting stats per stack size is definitely something I'm going to do in the future, and should be real easy to do, just need to decide how I want to display them.

do you want to sit together one day and discuss a perfect HUD?
you do the work, I tell you what makes sense for me?

will take some time but we both should profit from each other!

You have CoffeHUD for spins, its not free, but probably the best you can get what is in the market right now for payable HUDs.

So I do the work, and you "consult"? :f_rolleyes:
To be honest, I'm not against the idea, just don't really have the time to dedicate right now. Quite busy with a few things, then the school holidays start in two weeks and my girls will ensure I have minimal time for myself until they go back to school. I will still manage some poker time now and then, but I just don't want to make a commitment then fail to turn up, and leave you waiting for a HUD. I won't really have time until then end of August, when my girls go back to school and my wife starts back at college (freedom! :f_biggrin:), If your still looking for a HUD then, maybe we could work something out.

As my departure from SL went well I decided to delete my last blogpost which left alot of questions unanswered (as they were at the moment of writing)
In the end we finalized the contract and everyone was happy with it!

Have to look into the future.

Negotiations with a few stables were made last 1.5 weeks. interesting time ahead.

Meanwhile, at the tables, I was starting my BR challenge (which might be on hold once I join another stable)
pretty bad results considering it is .25, still 2$ up!!!

as half of the month is over already, I should start thinking about how this monthly recap will look like.
Should I only write about my BR challenge? Not sure yet, maybe I will focus more on progress of renovating the new flat or other reallife stuff, until I am back to a grinding routine again!

I can only say one thing for sure. I am a pretty happy human being right now! :)

Not much to talk about, yet a small update. I played 500 5$ spin and goals, lost every bet I placed wether it was on favorites or dogs, up 1$ per game with 200+ chipev. Quite a hotrun, but the level of play also helped :)

Didn’t play a spin in 2 weeks now, desktop pc still in the garage waiting to be used again in the beginning of August :)

Renovating the flat moves on rather slow considering my girlfriend and I work on it 10-12 hours every day. So many problems because it feels like everyone just did a bad job before. Nothing is standardized here which just sucks and Eats up time and nerves. Also „Schussel“ my male ferret and superstar of habitpokerblog.com (xd) got sick which soaked up a lot of time, too as we had to hand feed him for 3 days. Glad he made it and is almost fully recovered <3

Living room finished now and it looks great, closing in on finishing he kitchen, too. Biggest part will be completed tomorrow when we install everything!

Health update: constant pain in my foot, have to take a lot of breaks even tho I try to get most work done while sitting. All the work also puts a lot of Stress on my knee (the other side) because it tries to compansetr and therefor has to carry extra Kilogramms :(

Plans for August are to get back at grinding and back to sports + dieting.

Not sure what to write about in my monthly recap, guess writing some about the flat with pictures and about new stable + future approach.

Don’t even have acess to pt4 database so I guess I will leave out the poketpart completely :) looking forward to deliver normal monthly recaps again in the end of August!

The apartment looks great. :f_drink:
I like the big windows in the living room. Good luck with your new endeavours. Are you planning to do poker full time? Do you have another stable source of income?

I am still applying for jobs in new town. Poker is and (probably) will always be just a hobby. All unexpected to get from poker are 1-2 nice holidays per year :)

New flat is looking good Habit and I'm glad to hear the little furball is back to good health.
Good luck with your new Spin journey. Once life starts to settle down and you master the strategy, I'm sure you will be hitting at least 4 holidays per year!
