Cold calling preflop with AKo is the worst option you could do. The problem is you give very good odds for UTG to call with his speculative hands like pocket pairs and suited connectors. Also you will be out of position in probably a multiway pot (even worse for you BB can overcall as well). Most of the time you will make a top pair like in this case and you will be clueless what to do with it.
So my advice is either fold preflop or make a cold4bet. Standard you should fold but if UTG is loose and BTN is aware of that thus 3bet more here then a cold4bet is an option
Your bet on the turn was standard but on the river a bet is better since your opponent is capped. Top pairs with bad kickers or sometimes QQ which can check behind

Yeah a bet/bet is fine. You can even donk the flop 1/3.
I agree with bebab. Except the fold part. A 4b would be better here though.
