Even with a read the risk isn't really worth it at that specific moment. Well it's just my opinion and can fully be wrong.
:f_drink:

Of course it´s a fold! :rage:  But in an MTT it would be a snap call  so I called

Yes. It´s a 6-max turbo DON on Party. With this stack and at the bubble you call like JJ+. My stack is too big to call that loose. As shortie AQs would be call, like with 15 BB and less.

All good things start with an f......

That´s the slogan of a german commercial for a sparkling wine named "Freixenet" :f_ugly:

But when I heard the f...... I was thinking about something else and had to laugh my bum bum off..... :mdr: :mdr: :mdr: :mdr:

Hope I´m not the only "teenager" here ... :mdr:

Well, considering that almost every human on the planet got their start with what we were all thinking it is a pretty great slogan!

When less is more ....

Was wondering what´s wrong with me, got injured, I´m very often tired and my legs have been aching for weeks. Went to our GP and got the answer: I exercised too much and too intensive! :f_o: Okay, could think of that myself, I got more and more tired during training and my sleep is very bad and in the morning I´m very tired. Training, competitions, hours and hours of intensive sports .... takes it´s toll. Next week the off-season starts and I will take sports definitely a bit easier. Less is sometimes more

Maybe meds also make it harder to recover from high activity periods.
Hope you feeling better and able to get a better and efficient rest.
Take care.

Kind Regards,
J-C.

Thank you, Papa! Yes, the Lamotrigine blocks sodium- and calcium-channels in the brain but also in the whole body. That makes me loose important minerals way quicker than without the med. I quickly sweat like a pig which leads even quicker to lack of important minerals. But if I eat well and healthy (which I didn´t do due to lack of appetite because of the paroxetine) it shouldn´t happen so quickly, but I didn´t eat well, exercised a lot and my muscles were cramping. I was crazy for everything salty, so ate a lot of salt, drank a lot of water and ice tea zero but couldn´t pee so much and now all the water stayed in the body and it feels super-heavy. At the moment I feel like a 250 kg woman :mdr: I´m tired, "lazy", heavy, have bad sleep and have been in a stinky mood for the last couple of days. I will take good care of my body and give it a rest in the off-season. I won´t have such intensive training and competitons anymore...

You can also try alimentary complement pills for sodium / calcium / iron and minerals. it might help to compensate their loss due to lack of appetite and meds.
About bad sleep can't help much, pretty the same situation here because of meds / pains.
About weight when i was taking corticoids for years to try fighting algia facial pains i went over 138 KG stopped them something like 2 years ago but it was pretty hard to get simply under 100 KG. finally made it to 95 KG but with no way to get under. Then a month ago , a little more started green food diet by myself and now i'm under 81 KG and will still continue setting my goal to around 75 since my height is 1.81m it's not a bad ratio.

Fortunately I don´t have weight problems. Paroxetine is the notorious antidepressant for weight gain but I got a bit slimmer due to less appetite. The sleep disturbances and the vivid crazy dreams come from both meds. Especially when one or both meds are catching up a mood swing I use to have crazy dreams then I know, I would have got a depression or hypomania without the meds but with the meds nothing should happen :profit:
