I have now waited more than 3 months to get a withdraw of a bit more than 1500$ on TG and all they reply to me is: we're following this issue with our financial department but actually never get back to me.
Anyone has the same issue with tigergaming?

They do poor job explaining why you cant withdraw.
You have to bet the amount you deposited before you withdraw. They call it "rollover" or "RO". That reason is given when you click on withdraw history. Its just a poorly designed system, bur your money are safe AFAIK.
I have some money stuck there too because im too lazy to play...
Edit: I just cleared the "rollover" and withdrew ~$83 via bitcoin (I deposited 60 and played around 25 WindFalls). I got the money on my bitcoin address in just 12 hours.

So... if you build your stack from freerolls you wont be able to withdraw?
In most rooms you have to deposit at least once before withdrawing any winnings. IDK if thats the case with TG and Bitcoin. Its not that hard for you to check

I´m also waiting more than 3 weeks on my pending withdraw. Two weeks ago they sent me an email that my request is now checked as a final step from their security team. They just let u wait forever and it´s the worst customer support I ever had in 15 years of online poker. Just checked today again, canceled again. No mail, no reason, nothing. I´ll try again....
I really don´t recommend this poker site to anyone. Just go somewhere else...

they canceled my payout without any reason:

Canceled for the 4th time. Now again, because I didn´t explain them why there is a new device in you and if it´s really me who wants to withdraw money. These guys are making a joke out of it. That´s the worst experience I ever had with any online poker site.

That is total BS! There is no online chat event though they say it is available 24 hours a day. I have attempted three times over the same number of days and it is conveniently "unavailable".
If someone was to ask me if Tiger Gaming was safe, I would have to tell them no. I am wanting to withdraw my money but I cannot do it unless I have a bitcoin account, it seems. I deposited with my credit card, but they won't let me withdraw back to that card.

I had a similar problem. They even shut down my account after cashing out. Long story short, it took 10 days for me to get my money on bitcash on my mobile app.
