@mjez1 bad runs happen. Hope you not feeling too bad about it. Maybe it might help you on a psychologic side to look on google for a online variance simulator.
There is few ones free to use. Once you see the standard deviation for a specific stake of SNG or MTT it's easier to handle the variance i think and you get to know what you can expect. So as long you have a good BRM and review your sessions then there's nothing to worry about

I like to watch innerpsycho zooming on twitch channel-.
I watch recorfings on low mid stacks on bluefire , Phil Galfond PLO NLH mid stake cash game , Bfizz etc .
Watching other players can improve one's game. I Like to watch Lex Veldhius twitch channel.
I red kill Elky and harringhton on cash game poker, Doyle Bronson system looks to be nice matrrial .

An unpleasant thing happened yesterday. I tried to log into Pokerstars client, but it didn't allow me. The warning said my time expired because of a self-restricting measure on my account. And it logged me out. But I didn't set anything like this.
I've got an apology from support so I could log in today but I've tried to play sng another warning has come out. This one tells I've already exceeded my daily limit 
I don't know what to think about it. I'm waiting for a support response.
@mjez1 Once PokerStars team solve your prob , maybe also change your account password by security. Also don't hesitate to ask them why it happened.
Unfortunately, no session today. Pokerstars support forwarded email about my problem to another department.
Still, no answer from PS 
and still I cannot play due to a daily limit I didn't set and it hasn't reset after midnight either
So I will study instead
