no way to fold here. If you are against a set, that's just a cooler. I would consider raising the turn, if villain is on flush/straight draw.
check/raising that flop texture is often DP/sets, even coming from fishes, so no I'd certainly not raise the turn. We are kinda WA/WB in my opinion, but I guess top DP is strong enough to call down all along.

raising turn isn't going to be terrible, your line is fine
Recreationals tend to raise more OTF than regs. They bluff more aggressively. I would still be a bit worried when he raises on this texture. However, with those bet sizes and you hitting a top 2 pair, I find this impossible to fold. But I would not raise either.
