Im new in PokerStrategy. I registered last wednesday. After that I used your link to register for 888 poker to get the free money. Since then, I have the message on your site (Register "Chip"): "Your money is on the way ...within the next 48 hours ..." but nothing happens. No money arrived at 888 poker and my status is still "Basic". Did I miss something or why nothing happens?

This looks like a case for the Pokerstrategy support team. You can contact them through the "Help" menu near the top left of the homepage, or just use this link. Then scroll down and choose "Write a ticket".
You could also try contacting 888's support about this, but the guys at Pokerstrategy should be able to tell you all you need to know.

Thank you for your help. I wrote a ticket here and I got the Bronce status the following day. I also received the contact for 888poker, so I wrote them and got an answer. My account triggered a question of verification. So, I have to send them first a copy of my passport or driver license.
