I would bet around half pot for value on the flop and most of the time I would bet the turn as well with the intention to shove most rivers for value. You want to protect your hand against draws here. Further it's good to know what kind of villain you are dealing with.

Cheers,

The fact you got him covered makes me definately want to bet flop. I want that bounty!! As long as I don't really see a reason for folding (board pairing, A hitting, silly runouts) I go 3 for value and make sure I get it all by the river.
I'd also go around 80k pre.

Thanks for reviewing, much apperciated. Taken on board your comments. Looking back its a bad line checking flop for sure. Good news is I get HU with the Villian as a 3-1 dog and win the MTT for $530 + the $530 ticket so I am really pleased the studying is helping my game and I love receiving the feedback so quick. Yes my 3bet size is on the smaller 2.5x size, with antes I could make it bigger, thinking about it after your comments, his range there I think are most likely AQ, 9s,10s, QQ.

pf 3b bigger +-90k
flop 50-60% pot cbet
turn sizing so that you have a halfpot left on the river.
river: go all in on any river and take that bounty

as played: call river.

ps. work on your postflop game, your sizings can be chosen better.
the check on the flop looks horrible, this flop hit his range (can you construct his range? what would be your range? don't forget that he is 3x'ing preflop and your 3b is kinda small) and you can extract value from it with your overpair!

gl!
