Hi!
Almost every day when i start hm2 loading about 5 minutes and freezing. Second time when i restart good, but today i try restart 5 times and freeze every time. Maybe database is too big or i should set up something? And when i play poker and start the hm2, it does not work anything else program the background.
When HM2 is running create a new database in the database manager and activate this database.
Try starting HM2 again. Does the problem still occur?
Today the problem came again, i can not play when hm2 run, freeze about 3 times about half hour. I restart and restard and freeze again and pokerstars client too. I turned off in hm2 automatic refrest but it did not help this problem. So my question any other idea which i could to solve this problem? I just play 7-8 tables and i do no think this is very lot. It is really annoying, especially when i play mtts.
@ToddBrunson Long time i didn't check HM but if you are under Win10 sometimes it can help to run HM2 with Win7 compatibility mode(Right Click -> Property -> Compatibility -> Run as compatible for Win 7 -> Apply -> Then run HM2)
Obviously if it's related to Win10 and not to any HM2 or Poker Client Update.

Thank you, i will try if it won't help i not use hm2, afternoon freeze too, i tried about 3 times restart about half hour and one mtts out until i try ps client and hm2. It was very fun.

This is lot of time, where i find this log file, etc-etc, my english is not so good, maybe he can not help or not want.
Sorry i want wrote they, not he. And i my native language Hungarian. I tryed run with win7 compatibily mode but it did not helped, even it become worse. Sometimes 1-2 hours hm2 works but really slow and very annoying when i try play the poker client freeze.
And where i should send? I do not find email address.
And i do not find log files for hm2, i saw this picture what you linked earlier, but my computer i opened and where should this log file i do not hm2 log files or any directory hm2.

You need to open a ticket with HM2 support. Just go to this page, fill in the details and drag and drop the log file/s into the box at the bottom.

Unfortunatelly they could not help for me. They wrote the usual template text. I did update and i did not time set, because i never set the time and so far worked help. So when i since update just only one thing chance, Hm2 not just freezing even hm2 closes itsself.
They also told you to change your regional settings and repair your database or try a new one as there are corrupted handhistories in the Log you send.

And where should i set up the time settings? Because my computer time settings always use the my time zone and hm2 worked fine about 8 months. Or where. poker clients or holdem manager?
And i am not hm2 pro so i do not know how repair database or try new one. But if i use new one what is the sense use hm2? Only few hands and if i will lot of hands probably same problem. And if set what you going to write for me, time settings and database and even hm2 will freeze to what can i do?
