Hi nico1029,
It is a matter of faith.
Poker is a game of small edges, and if you have an edge -- no matter how small -- you will be a winning player in the long term.
PokerStrategy.com exists to give you that edge. Study the articles, watch the videos, attend the coachings, and practice what you learn. Do this at small stakes at first, and make sure that you never risk what you cannot comfortably lose. (It appears you are not comfortable losing).
Now that you have small edge, and you are generally better than your opponents, it still may take a long time to realize a profit.
Have a look at this graph:[1]

It shows the winnings of 20 different players with a 2.5 BB/100 (big blinds won per hundred hands) each playing 100,000 hands.
Note that most of them are winning, a few are break-even or nearly so, but the worst has lost over 7500 big blinds.
Note that the lower your "true" winrate is, the less you will win. If your win rate is negative, you will lose over time. Get studying.
Now the faith part
If you do not believe that the site is fair, you are foolish to play there.
If you are not enjoying yourself, you are foolish to continue -- find something else to do.
Learning to "suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune" is part of poker, and one of the great benefits of playing the game, is that you learn to take life's "bad beats" with balance.
BTW, I had a look at Black Chip -- it appears to be a part of the Winning Poker Network, which includes a site that I do play on.
It includes a vast number of "recreational" players who play far too many hands. It is important to adjust your own playing style for this type of player. PokerStrategy.com is where you learn how to do that.
Best of luck,
VS
