Check-call twice and donk shove is the strongest line you'll face at the micros in terms of hand strength. Specially in a 3bet pot. This is an absolute monster 90% of the time. People at this stakes don't pull-off bluffs like this, even when they make sense.
However, the fact that you're holding the A♦: makes it less likely he has a flush. His flating range to your 3bet pre shouldn't include much speculative hands, like suited connectors and suited aces. But it's NL2, so everything is possible. Maybe he shoves a set on a scare card, and that would be a good move if he knows you fold too much to donk-donk-shove. But I doubt that.
I think you can cbet smaller OTF with TPTK and the nuts blocker. A different bet size OTF and OTT makes the river street easier to manage. But your hand is strong, it's NL2 and you just want value.
Getting 2.7-1 OTR is an attractive price. Interesting spot. I think calling here won't be a major problem, with the blocker. Generally speaking, TPTK hands should be folded quite often against villain's bet line at this stakes.

Don't even 3bet this combo vs such an nit opening from UTG.
Do you even have 2 barrels of value with the Ad here ?
As played fold OTR don't care about your blocker he has it is all. Blockers are for when people can bluff you know.

also otr he snap shoved within one second. From my limited experience it usually means bluff in general, so in game it influenced my decision towards call too.

@MyFloXyBabY are you saying he should shutdown after his C-Bet got called? Turn isn't dangerous and the board pretty nasty.. I would even say make a bigger Cbet and a bigger Turnbet, to make him pay (or is this idea outdated?)

edit: ahh I see you are saying, since Hero holds Ad it is unlikely that he is drawing the flush, right?

I think the turn maybe could be checked. As played OTR I guess it could go both ways. On one hand, you have that blocker. On the other hand villain looks nitty and this line is often very strong. You did read the instashove as a bluff but I would say it depends on the player. It is just as possible that he was so excited to hit that flush that he didn't wait and just pushed.

In this situation I would slightly prefer folding.

I think preflop, flop, turn are fine.
Fold river, he just has you beat a lot.

Wow I would say the opposite. Aside from spewers on tilt, most snap bets are really value oriented as any non nutted hand (or not feeling like it for villain at least, some might totally think AA is the nut on 9TJ mono for example) would ask for a little time to think about the situation.

Moreover when the flush hits the guy donking often has it and is afraid of you checking back. They often do that and by calling your SDV you play right into their game. What would you even want him to turn into a bluff now that the main draw has hit anyway ? If he called twice either he has it or he has TP+ that he'd check or probe small to pot control. Having no hand here wouldn't make any sense.
