This seems a standart play, he is rasing over limpers about 10% (few hands so it might be lower but he raises about the same range), raising small isn't an option, calling oop multiway it doesn't seem a great option. But running on hrc vs a strong range it's an -ev situation which is strange to me because we are away from bubble, we have some fold equity and JJ against his calling range aren't that bad.
