Pretty simple. I check turn to avoid a check/raise and play my hand as value and I face HUGE river bet and decided to fold because villain has tight stats. I can only think value checking turn as AJ, AT, A9s and betting on river with those hands plus 99 makes lots of sense. I don't see THAT many bluffs on villain range.
